1) All tickets including camping passes are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

2) Unauthorized reproduction of tickets is not permitted.

3) Admission is subject to compliance with all laws, facility rules, and event regulations.

3) No pets or animals are allowed on-site. Designated service animals with documentation are permitted. Documentation must be produced at check-in.

4) Camping is allowed only in designated areas with the purchase of a camping pass. Unauthorized campsites and/or vehicles will be removed at the owner's expense.

5) Minors (under 19) must be accompanied by an adult who is present at check-in. Minors are not allowed to camp unaccompanied.

6) Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

7) We strictly prohibit violence of any kind, harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive conduct.

8) Public consumption of alcohol outside of designated camping areas and venues is prohibited.

9) Loud noise, music, drumming, or disruptive conduct is prohibited in camping areas, in public areas, or near performance venues.

10) Breach of any of the above conditions may result in any of the following actions: cancellation of your pass(es), removal from the festival, banning from future events, and possible police involvement.

11) The Ticket holder assumes all risk and danger as part of any event for which this ticket is used. Ticket holder waives all claims against Renascence Arts and Sustainability Society-DBA Tiny Lights Festival, its staff, volunteers, contractors, performers, partners, affiliates, and sponsors, and the town of Ymir.

12) Photography & Media Release Notice:
By entering and attending this festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the festival organizers for promotional, marketing, social media, editorial, archival, or other lawful purposes without compensation or further approval.

If you do not wish for a specific photo or video featuring you to be used in promotional materials, you may contact the festival organizers to request its removal where reasonably possible. Requests should include sufficient information to identify the image or content in question.

Attendance at the festival constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.

Your tickets are being purchased from Tiny Lights Festival (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
